By accessing this School, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

  1. All content uploaded to the Yuruwan school portal remains the intellectual property of the authors and contributors. This includes all text, graphics, videos, course content, branding, live learning sessions and any other content uploaded to the platform.
  2. Users are not permitted to upload, share, on-sell, use for other applications, or distribute copyright materials in whole or in part.
  3. The license to use the Growing on Country course materials is an individual license. If the course is accessed by learning organisations, each pariticipant must be enrolled. If It is a violating of copyright to share course materials with course participants who are not enrolled into Yuruwan school's Growing on Country course.
  4. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
  5. modify or copy the materials;
  6. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s web site;
  7. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
